We’re fighting for the right to pursue happiness
THIS IS a right so inalienable that it was written into the Declaration of Independence.
We believe that every human being has the right to go inside their own mind for answers and healing.
our mission
At this critical moment – in the middle of a suicide, addiction, anxiety, and depression (SAAD) epidemic – we don’t have time to wait before the most healing substances on the planet become available to the masses.
Right now, when the human race needs healing more than ever, we’re demanding that people be allowed to legally access safe and effective psychedelic medicines that interrupt negative thought patterns and addictions.
Mind Army has assembled the top legal experts in drug policy and reform to create immediate access for researchers and patients.

Why Are Psychedelics Illegal in the United States?
In 1971, the Controlled Substances Act classified all psychedelic compounds as Schedule 1 substances (no medical benefit, high propensity for addiction), which made them illegal, under the guise that they needed to be studied to make sure they were safe.
Now, after more than five decades of research and testing, we know that these compounds are safe and non-addictive. Millions of people have used them, many with great benefit.
We’re Lobbying
for Change
Given our current medical understanding, The Mind Army is petitioning the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) to review the most recent research on psychedelic medicines, such as psilocybin, MDMA, ibogaine, and LSD, agree to regular rescheduling meetings (which haven’t happened in the past 55 years), and de-schedule ibogaine, which was incorrectly scheduled.
We will not be told that alcohol is good, tobacco is fine, but somehow psilocybin is bad, and it can’t be accessed even if you or a family member are in crisis. We simply do not accept this!
join the movement
Led by psychedelic advocate Zappy Zapolin and his powerhouse legal team, Mind Army intends to use lobbying, social pressure, and celebrity influence to push for these important changes to the law.
We hope you’ll join us in this mission!
